Job Description Analyze the applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies. Provide clarifications to student's queries in a professional manner. Follow-up with students for any enquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls and emails. Advice students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved. Provide assistance to the students to complete the enrolment forms. Inform students about the courses offered and the tuition fees. Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedbacks in order to generate student reports for management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any major At least 1 year of experience in school admission or customer service Excellent interpersonal communication, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Have skill and knowledge on administration and familiar with School Management System Able to operate Ms. Office (Excel and Word) able to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment willing to work together as a team, and minimum supervision when needed Additional Information Contract based for 1 year
