**Job Description**:
- Oversee psychological and career counseling departments to serve students effectively.
- Design and coordinate student Co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
- Design and oversee implementation of Character-building programs at SA.
- Oversees student well being programs.
- Develops and market student initiatives and programming that will promote high-quality student life experiences and holistic well-being.
- Implements and facilitates educational and developmental workshops that foster student leadership and professionalism.
- Provides oversight to campus-wide signature student events and programs such as Orientations, Graduations.
- Coordinates campus services, programs, resources, and other opportunities to aid in the retention of all students.
- Help students develop and evaluate educational and occupational plans based on available data, career interests and choices.
- Create supporting program for special needs children.
- Create, organize, and assist with CAS projects, Field Trips, and students community service activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Student Affairs Administration or related fields; Masters degree in those areas preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience in counseling, career planning, and character-building programs.
- At least 3 years of Leadership experience in Schools.
