**Job Description**:

- Provides general human resources services.
- Compile necessary information needed in preparing the payroll such as personal data of new hires, overtime payment, salary adjustment, tax status change, etc
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Manage BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan, and any other BPJS program as applicable, to include calculation, reports and as key contact person in the organisation
- Administer compensation and benefit activities to include but not limited to Insurance, BPJS TK/Kesehatan/Pensiun/JKP, severance payment, etc
- Communicate with third party services (such as insurance provider, broker, BPJS, Manpower Ministry, payroll vendor) to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues
- Time attendance and Annual Leave Management
- Maintain employees personnel data to be accurate, up to date and ensure confidentiality
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with labor regulation.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in handling compensation & benefit (to include payroll)
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Law or any other major compensated with higher years of experience
- Have good understanding of PPh21
- Have well rounded knowledge about all BPJS program (TK, Kesehatan, Pensiun, JKP, etc)
- Clear understanding of Human Resources practices and Indonesian Labour Law

Additional Information
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skill
- Aptitude to define problems, identify trends, collect data, and establish facts to draw valid conclusions.
- Demonstrate ability to listen, analyze and inform appropriately while maintaining the required sensibilities in handling confidential information.
- Strong team player and standing alone / independent / self-driven.
- Good in Ms. Excel
