**Job Description**:
Develop marketing strategies targeting online channels and/or platforms inclusive but not limited to Google, Facebook, Tiktok and others to promote mainly but not limited to Samporena Academy & Sampoerna University (paid performance as well as owned media channel e.g. social media management and website (including SEO) by way of creating marketing programs, coordinate campaigns with marketing team and managers, and analyze market trend and competitor behavior to optimize marketing strategies.
The listed responsibilities are including:
- Evaluating and improving existing online marketing channel strategies.
- Developing new channel marketing strategies and implementing marketing plans.
- Analyzing market data, trends, consumer preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize marketing strategies.
- Determining which platforms to advertise on and adapting campaigns accordingly.
- Gathering marketing campaign data, evaluating the impact of strategies, and reporting the results.
- Deploying channel marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team, senior managers, and other departments.
- Overseeing the marketing team and documenting processes.
- Managing all marketing campaign communications and establishing strong partner networks.
- Keeping track of and implementing the latest marketing technologies and techniques.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or in a related field.
- A minimum of 4-5 years experience in online marketing - with experience / encounters in SEM, SEO, Display Marketing and Social Media.
- In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques.
- Proficiency in various online marketing platform and analytics, such as Facebook business, Tiktok, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Advanced ability to drive creativity and innovation.
- Experience in a startup of at least 1-2 years is a must
