- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experiences in fundraising, preferably in a nonprofit organization/ education industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative and strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of successful sales, fundraising and donor management.
