**Job Description**:
The Administrative Office in the Office of Institutional Research and Planning (IRP) will provide support for assessment, surveys, and institutional research reporting and handle office administrative tasks. The officer will work closely with the Director of Institutional Research and Planning, the IRP Data Officer to coordinate and assist in completing a variety of projects and assignments.
- Assist in research activities, including working with spreadsheets, creating charts, presentations, and documents, and cleaning data sets as requested.
- Assist with scheduling of IRP programs.
- Assist to manage budget for the Office of Institutional Research & Planning, performing tasks including but not limited to entering purchase orders, filing expense reports and running budget reports.
- Assist with survey administration and reporting using programs such as SurveyMonkey.

- Bachelor's degree required.

- Must possess excellent organizational skills, be comfortable working with data and numbers, have the ability to learn new technical skills, and be able to manage multiple concurrent projects.

- Ability to work independently as well as with colleagues, particularly on issues related to data integrity.
