Sap Basis Consultant

**Responsibilities**:
**Must have**:

- Customer Engagement Experience, good communication skills in both Mandarin & English, Experience with SAP Basis Administration
- Good to have: Experience with SAP Products and Services, experience in their cloud environment, and experience with AWS, Azure, etc.
- Must have: SAP Basis min of 5 years, SAP Cloud min of 5 years, and Customer facing experience
- This is a senior position, not a manager position.
- The customer Engagement Manager is expected to manage customers

**Technical Skills**
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Applications
- Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release version upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers
- Working experience with SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA, or any other cloud solution.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure operations, network, interfaces, and Load Balancer topics
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to form the big picture quickly before surmising a path to a solution

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: Rp1,000,000 - Rp2,000,000 per day
