Sap Operation Delivery Manager (Ams) - Remote Job

Business process outsourcing (BPO) business related to SAP Operation Delivery manager- Basic Project Management and expert in Project Transitions- Team Management skill- Execution and project management for JMNC Service desk / AMS account- Manage the transition project in collaborating with client HQ in Japan and establish SOP- Quality assurance of service desk agent work.- Support the transition whenever there is a project.- Capable of transitioning from project mode to service desk mode- Capable of explaining to clients about the service desk and basic project management concepts- Involvement in project, transition, paperwork, contract signing, AMS- primarily SAP support, global service desk support, fluent in Japanese and written.- Understand the activities that must be completed during the transition, such as contracts and SLAs.- When resources are assigned, manage the resources during the transition- team management- Key point: Transitioning from project-based to support requires project management skills.- Communication level- there could be some CEO or CO level communication.- Capable of working independently - can be assigned resources to work with, on and off basis, hence should be able to manage- Having SAP consulting or BD/project background experience is advantageous**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: Rp1,500,000 - Rp2,200,000 per day
