**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- School Year Planning: scheduling terms, term breaks, camps, etc.
- Term Administration: offer planning, scheduling, etc.
- Supervising teachers: calculating workload, checking hiring needs, teaching performance, teaching data administration
- Trial Classes: scheduling trials in collaboration with Sales Team, evaluating trials, collaborating with TT to raise trials quality, raising trial conversion
- School Maintenance: supervising purchases, managing stock levels of supplies, placing orders
- School Finance Administration-School Data Administration: taking care of students' data, trial and regular class scheduling and conversion data, enrollment information, etc.
- Developing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives-Developing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Business development-Conduct HR function, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefit and payroll.Other related tasks

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development with a focus on the education sector, is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of sales and business development strategies, and best practices-Experience in supervising sales team and executing sales plan
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership abilities to motivate and supervise staff, delegate tasks, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, including parents, staff, students, and external partners.Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, resolve conflicts, and collaborate with diverse individuals and groups.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis to effectively manage school resources and budgets.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.Proficiency in using educational software, student information systems, and productivity tools.
- Male or female, 28-38 years old.

**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month
