Scrum Master (For Getplus)

**Job Responsibility**:
1. Ease Scrum meetings and ceremonies
2. Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed
3. Helping the team to understand and follow the goals and scope of work
4. Ensuring the development team is working effectively
5. Help with team discussions and conflict resolution
6. Improve the scrum process

**Job Requirement**:
1. Experience in a scrum master role
2. Familiarity with software development
3. Knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
4. Experience in JIRA/Confluence
5. Implement changes and steps to increase the team's productivity.
6. Excellent communication skills (Bahasa and English)
7. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
8. Scrum master certification is a plus
9. Willing to work from office in Jakarta (hybrid working)
