Scrum Master

Job Objectives:- Ensure efficient product development is carried out by implementing Agile and Scrum methodologies.Main responsibility:- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.- Assist teams in improving their Scrum skills and practices.- Ensure the team understands and follows Agile and Scrum principles.- Help teams to identify and overcome obstacles that hinder their progress.- Assist the Product Owner in detailing and managing the Product Backlog.- Ensure transparency in projects by managing and updating the Scrum board.- Assists in aligning and coordinating cross-functional teams.- Reporting project progress to the stakeholders involved.- Promote a culture of collaboration, learning and continuous improvement within the team.Qualifications and Abilities:- Having at least 3 years' experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role on a software development team.- Have a strong understanding of Agile methodology and Scrum practices.- Good communication skills and the ability to facilitate effective discussions.- Skills in identifying and overcoming project obstacles.- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of team members and stakeholders.- Scrum Master certification (such as Certified ScrumMaster) is desirable, but not required.- Ability to adapt to changes and changing situations.- Can communicate using English well.- Have a desire to continue learning and developing new skills.Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, KontrakPanjang kontrak: 12 bulanUpah: Hingga Rp12.000.000 per bulanPertanyaan Lamaran:- How old are you ?- Your Current Salary ?- Your Expected salary ?- How many years experience as Scrum Master ?**Education**:- S1 (Diwajibkan)
