Scrum Master

**Job Requirements**:
Bachelor's Degree - Engineering
More than 3 years of experience with a demonstrated track record of success in Project Management and/or consulting
Extensive experience working in SDLC waterfall and an Agile environment
Have experience using tools administered Jira/ Confluence or other tools
Have experience in implementing Scrum ceremony (sprint planning, daily stand up, sprint review dan sprint retrospective)
Experience Tracking and reporting financials for small to medium sized projects
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills: Professionally conveying and receiving information, thoughts and emotions using a variety of mediums (e.g. written, verbal, electronic)
Thorough understanding of identifying appropriate KPI's, maintaining performance and delivery quality
Strong MS Office Skills - emphasis on Project, PowerPoint and Excel
Additional : have Scrum Developer certification

Lead teams and manage the planning and grooming of sprints, execute sprints including daily scrum meetings and review sprints
Responsible for project launch, deadlines, results and overall performance with various client's
Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
Monitor Project performance regarding efficiency, quality, technical and financial risks on assigned projects
Mitigate project risks while resolving any issues or conflicts that arise to ensure deadlines are met
Manage risks to delivery, remove impediments to delivery success
Facilitate team activities - discussions leading to collective decision-making, goal setting and conflict resolution within the team
Communicate cross functionally, ensuring transparency of progress and outcomes; Report team progress and accomplishment up and across; Facilitates status updates, product demos and retrospectives
Tracking and reporting financials for various Team

Pay: Rp1,000,000,000 - Rp1,300,000,000 per month
