Scrum Master

**Requirements**
- Have 1-4 years of working experience
- Have a bachelor's degree (with min. GPA 3.00 / 4.00)
- Hybrid work setting --> 50% WFH and 50% WFO at Client's office (Sunter)
- Agile Methodology, Scrum Framework, Facilitation, Communication, Conflict Resolution, Coaching.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, organize, and supervise the project for developing a used car sales website, and ensure that the project runs according to the established schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinating the development team, ensuring each team member understands their duties and responsibilities, and collaborating with relevant departments to ensure the smooth running of the project.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress periodically, identify risks, and overcome obstacles to ensure the project runs smoothly towards achieving predetermined goals

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Rp12,400,000 - Rp16,200,000 per month
