Scrum Master

**Requirements**:

- Minimum have 1 year of experience as data analyst
- Have a bachelor's degree
- Can work in hybrid settings (both WFH and WFO in North Jakarta)

**Responsibilities**:

- Project Management Methodologies, Project Planning, Resource Management, Budget Management, Risk Management, Quality Management, Change Management, Leadership, Communication
- Plan, organize, and supervise the development project used car sales website, as well as ensuring the project goes according to plan established schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinating the development team, ensuring every team member understands their duties and responsibilities, as well as collaborate with related departments to ensure the smooth running of the project.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress periodically, identify risks, and overcome obstacles to ensure the project goes ahead smoothly towards achieving the set goals.

**Salary**: Rp13,000,000 - Rp17,000,000 per month

- S1 (required)

**Experience**:

- Scrum Method: 1 year (preferred)
