Manage each project's scope and timeline
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new request
Help teams implement changes effectively
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
having minimum 3 years experienced as Scrum Master
Having knowledge about SDLC
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of agile principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and influence teams to achieve goals.
Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira).
Having Scrum sertification will be advantaged
Applicants will be asked to fill out a pretest form and those selected will then take the test in the following stages:

**After passing the interview**:
Probation. Akhdani's learning process is to ensure suitability of work capacity, adaptation, learning ability and cultural compatibility to work at Akhdani. The duration of probation was 3 months. During probation, employees receive 80% of the agreed monthly salary.
Offering Contract. Those who pass probation will be offered as permanent employees or contract employees on a time basis, depending on the results of the evaluation of the probation period.

Office Client (on-site) Jakarta Pusat.
**Range sallary in this position**:
**Junior (0-3 years experiences)**: Rp. 4.300.000 - 4.800.000
**Middle (3-5 years experiences)**: Rp. 8.500.000 - 13.000.000
**Senior ( >5 years)**: Rp. 13.200.000 - 14.500.000
