Position Summary
1. Standardize service processes and system, and expand those with related business units for upward standardization.
2. Innovate processes by reviewing investment validity upon a new system and developing it for enhancing operation system efficiency.
3. Enhance service system by maintaining and improving operation system and support stable process operation.
Role and Responsibilities
1. (Service system strategy and standard setting) Participate in developing an effective and innovative system operation measure by establishing service system related strategy and standard.
2. (Process standardization) Plan to improve, standardize, and innovate processes by analyzing service process issues and vulnerabilities.
3. (Process propagation) Prepare to achieve differentiation, reduce costs, and increase efficiency of operation by expanding standard processes across the related business units.
4. (System operation and maintenance) Prepare to optimize system by examining defects in an operation system or areas to be improve and reflecting them in the system.
5. (New system development) Prepare to upgrade service operation system by introducing a new system or re-building a system in order to prepare for paradigm changes.
6. (System investment deliberation) Make an investment plan for each specific system related item and participate in deliberation.
Skills and Qualifications
- Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
- Responsible of managing and operating both on-premise and cloud infrastructure
- Perform day to day IT support
- Support IT security audit
- Perform troubleshooting for on-premise infrastructure and/or cloud infrastructure issues
- Support projects production deployment, monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting in on-premise and cloud environment
- Support and evaluate new project requirements for deployment and infrastructure provisioning.

- Linux
Familiar and proficient work using Linux environment (mandatory)
Windows (Optional)
- Virtualization
Have knowledge in virtualization (mandatory).
Familiar to virtualization management tools (e.g. VMWare, Proxmox, etc) (mandatory).
- Network
Understand and have knowledge of networking concept Routing, Subneting, VLAN, Layer 2 and Layer 3 Network Protocols (mandatory).
Familiar or have knowledge in Cisco, OSI Layer, Mikrotik, etc (mandatory).
- Database
Have knowledge in Database configuration, tuning, and administration (mandatory).
Familiar with Database Software such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc (mandatory).
- Cloud Environment
Familiar and have knowledge in Cloud Provider Services such as AWS, AliCloud (mandatory).
Able to operate and manage cloud services such as Cloud Computing, Load Balancer, Firewall, VPC, etc (mandatory).
- Experiences on Backend Using Java or C/C++ or Python programming languages
- Configuration Management Tools
Familiar and have experience in Ansible or other automation scripting tools (mandatory).
Have knowledge in configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet (Optional).
- Deployment and Orchestration Tools
Familiar and Have knowledge in server provisioning tools such as Terraform (mandatory).
Have knowledge in Kubernetes (Optional).
Have knowledge in one of Cloudformation, Openstack, or Spinnaker (Optional).
- Experience in development Backend (Java, Golang, Python, etc) and/or Frontend (Javascript, React, etc)
- Monitoring & Backup
Familiar and have knowledge in monitoring and backup system (e.g. Zabbix, Pinpoint, Prometheus, ELK Stack, Bacula) (mandatory).
Able to design and plan monitoring and backup scenario (mandatory).
- Infra and Cloud Security
Have knowledge in Infra and Cloud Security tools (mandatory).
- Language
English (mandatory).
- Minimum 1 years' experience in System Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
