**What You''ll Do**:
As an Expert at BCG, you are integrated into a BCG team and leverage deep expertise on projects that reshape businesses. You will be given end-to-end responsibility for large and complex "modules" within a BCG project, may lead small but high-impact teams to drive results for our clients, and contribute to BCG's intellectual capital. You will work closely with clients to understand their issues, create strategies for change, and win buy-in for recommendations, while also collaborating with colleagues on complex client issues.
You will:
- Play a leading role in helping our clients to evaluate potential of clean hydrogen through case leadership & execution, client development, and intellectual property & product creation
- Project future availability and price, and key levers affecting these factors for both blue and green hydrogen
- Support selling and delivery of hydrogen related projects/programs with private, public and not-for-profit sector clients
- Contribute to BCG''s Climate & Sustainability seat at the table agenda through activities such as thought leadership and networking events
- Contribute to the continuous development of BCG''s knowledge, capabilities and intellectual property
- Build internal affiliation and capability on hydrogen specifically, and Climate and Sustainability more generally
- Build connections to regional and global hydrogen experts
**What You''ll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)**:
We're looking for exceptional talent from consulting or industry to join us. You would typically have:
- At least 10 years of relevant consulting and/or industry experience related to hydrogen
- Deep understanding of hydrogen value chain, including key inputs for clean hydrogen production, transportation options and primary decarbonisation use cases
- Deep understanding of potential hydrogen carriers and relative economics of each carrier
- Ability to thrive in a hypothesis-based environment where inductive rather than deductive reasoning is the norm
- Strong people skills including building empathy, strong relationships, and trust
- Experience leading and managing teams
- Experience engaging with senior executives
- Relevant tertiary qualifications from a top tier institution(s); Master''s degree, MBA or PhD preferred
- Fluency in English is a must
- Fluency in any ASEAN language is a plus
