** Your Role**: Your program will either focus on a specific business or functional unit, or allow you to rotate through a variety of both.
** Your Responsibilities**:

- To learn + understand how we fit into the supply chain + logistics landscape.
- To build knowledge of our end to end solutions which includes sales + logistics processes.
- To develop personal leadership skills: know yourself + understand others, communication, collaboration.
- To develop a basic knowledge of continuous improvement/lean thinking
- To develop knowledge of our various systems + products.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Graduation is mandatory
- Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in Logistics and Transportation Management, International Supply Chain or Business Management.
- Strong in analytical thinking, strategic thinking, planning organizing, business acumen.
- Sales and entrepreneurial skills.
- Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for pursuing a career in logistics and seeking for a global network.
