The team plays a vital role in analyzing user searches and search strategy optimization to ensure a positive and safe user experience for our communityWhat will I be doing?- Quality inspection of labeled data on time and ensure the quality.- Localize the labeling guidelines, support the guideline training, and align the guideline updates.- Conduct calibration meetings with the labeling team in the appeal process: analyze different cases, record and evaluate their performance, and offer solutions and suggestions for the current problem to help the team improve the accuracy rate and alignment.- Work closely with R&D (Research and Development) and PM (Product Manager) to provide feedback on data quality.- Parts of this role will require supporting other products within the ByteDance suite.
