Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
To eliminate any doubt, this role involves reading, viewing, listening and examining user-generated content to ensure they comply with community guidelines. Content includes images, video, text related to every day life, but they can also include (but are not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder.
What will I be doing?
(Willing to work on shifts, which include weekends and public holidays).
1. Working in the Quality Assurance team to ensure key data delivery targets (e. g. productivity, efficiency, quality, latency) are met for projects under Search Recommendation.
2. Responsible for policy/guideline and SOP implementation and clarification to ensure better understanding and performance of moderation.
3. Work closely with POC and other stakeholders in order to provide feedback on data quality/SOP/policy/guideline and ensure the overall success of the project.
4. Support training and go-live process within the Search Recommendation team.
5. Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
Training Management
1.You will be localizing the policy guidelines designing training schedules, coordinating and liaise with key stakeholders including BPO or internal team members to ensure that all members successfully go-live within the targeted time frame.
2. You will deliver process/product/policy training in the classroom and/or virtually to new joiners.
3. You will be involved in setting up product knowledge tests, sharing result analysis and working with key stakeholders to improve the product knowledge of the team.

Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
- Good knowledge of search engines and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Good communication skills and experience in cross-team collaboration.
- Strong understanding of QA in content moderation projects.
- Willing to work on sensitive issues that include child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, and adult & sexual content.
- An in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users.
- Familiar with common office software.
- Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
- Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Have completed a degree or above. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge and familiarity with RCA methodology are preferred.
- Labelling experience is preferred.
