This will be enabled by coaching and developing the FLSLs leadership and sales capability to leverage scientific knowledge, drive business performance and improve selling capabilitiesThis role will be based in **Jakarta, Indonesia** with further responsibilities:Leveraging Knowledge- Builds a comprehensive knowledge of GSK corporate, business and brand strategies and encourages the FLSLs (and their teams) to leverage their knowledge to create greater customer value- Is able to leverage scientific and medical knowledge with the FLSLs (and their teams) to support their customer engagements- Inspires the FLSLs to build their teams patient and customer understanding leading to enhance the value of GSK to the customer- Builds strong and engaging patient focused customer and key opinion leader (KOL) relationshipsLeading Performance- Builds FLSLs capability to assess the area's performance and develop a situation analysis which leads to the development of actionable insights to drive the performance of GSK Brands- Develops cross functional region business plans, based on insight, that inspire the FLSLs and drive alignment of objectives, strategies and tactics through the team- Drives effective implementation of business plans through regular performance tracking, taking corrective actions and uses feedback to fuel continuous improvement- Leads the region sales organisation to achieve performance objectives and through periods of change demonstrating winning leadership behavioursBuilding Leadership and Sales Capability- Builds sales organizational capability through the development and management of talent through robust personal development planning- Coaches and manages the FLSLs to drive sales team performance using the GSK Coaching approach and demonstrating key skills- Develops the leadership capability and skills of the FLSLs reinforced by positively role modelling**Why you?**We look for people who appreciate the importance of safety and quality and strive to continuously improve our performance and practices.
