Secondary Science Teacher

Develop and deliver comprehensive and engaging A-level Chemistry/Biology lessons that adhere to curriculum standards and objectives.- Foster a deep understanding of A-level Chemistry/Biology concepts among students through effective teaching methodologies and instructional strategies.- Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages inquiry, critical thinking, and scientific exploration.- Utilize assessment tools and techniques to monitor student progress, provide feedback, and support student learning.- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary connections and enhance the overall learning experience.- Provide guidance and supervision in laboratory settings, ensuring safety protocols are followed and facilitating hands-on experiments and investigations.- Stay updated on developments in the fields of Chemistry and Biology and educational best practices to continuously improve teaching practice.- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field is required.- Master's degree or higher is preferred.- Certification in teaching A-level Chemistry/Biology is preferred.- 3-5 years of A-level Chemistry/Biology teaching experience is required.- Experience with the Cambridge A-Level curriculum is preferred.- Experience in handling laboratory equipment and conducting experiments is preferred.- A deep understanding of A-level Chemistry/Biology concepts is essential.Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
