Details of the offer

Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments

Make travel arrangements for CEO

Making letters internal and external needed for business matters

Daily update to CEO on what needs to be completed and agenda each day

Manage administrative schedule, making appointments, task-reminder, prepare supporting documents, data management and filing, provide general assistance and support any ad-hoc task that CEO needs.
Minimum Bachelor Degree or related field

Minimum 2 years experience as Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant

Agile, multitasking, well organized, and trusted

Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and office equipment.

Fluent in English both oral and written and Mandarin would be advantageous

Having good interpersonal, communication skill, detail and service oriented


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
