Minimum Diploma Degree or Bachelor's Degree is in Secretarial and Communication preferred2. Male or Female minimum age 25 years3. Experienced as Secretary Director for at least 2 years4. Required skills: Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PPT and willing to learn more5. Excellent in English Communications (spoken & written) preffered6. Strong Memory, Organized, and professional demeanor7. Good Looking, Integrity, confidentiality and time-management skills8. Demonstrated good working motivation & pleasant personality9. Able to work under tight deadlines and pressureJob Details:1. Administrative duties include scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings2. Become the main contact in internal and external company communications3. Manage and maintain company documents such as meeting results reports (into the minutes of the meeting)4. Organize director business trip5.
