Starting in 2000 as a general supplier, PT Alvindo Catur Sentosa has grown and developed into a leading pipe fittings stockist that has the most trusted by leading companies (oil & gas, petrochemical, mining, power generation, and other general industries) in Indonesia.With over 10,000 SKUs in inventory covering valves, butt-weld fittings forged fittings, flanges, gaskets, and pipes; all are managed with a sophisticated ERP system and supported by professional staff to ensure Our Costumer's needs are fulfilled.Join our team as **SECRETARY.**Job Descriptions:- Provide personal assistance and support for any activities to Directors.- Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Directors and/or other leadership staff.- Assist in assigning, communicating, monitoring progress, and reporting tasks to other functional staff.- Arrange and coordinate corporate trips, meetings and other events- Assists in any ad hoc duties, projects, and activities as and when required.- Conduct research, and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.- Create, Organize, and maintain records, minutes, and reports.Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years experience as a secretary or similar role- Preferred Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Secretarial Academy Graduates- **Fluent in Mandarin & English **(listening, writing, and verbally)- Excellent reading and researching skills- Excellent computer skills- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision- Structures and organized thinker, mature and trustworthy- High levels of attention to detail- Excellent communication, organization, and administrative skills- Comfortable with the fast pace, dynamic, flexible, and agile environment- Service-centric attitude with proven ability to anticipate needs and handle each situation with diplomacy and discretion- Placement : Tanjung Duren, West JakartaJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuGaji: Dari Rp5.000.000 per bulanKemampuan Bekerja Jauh dari Rumah/Pindah Rumah:- Jakarta: Melakukan pulang-pergi kerja dengan jarak yang jauh tanpa mengganggu kinerja atau berencana pindah tempat tinggal sebelum mulai bekerja (Diwajibkan)Pengalaman:- Sekretaris atau posisi yan mirip: 3 tahun (Diwajibkan)Bahasa:- Mandarin (Diwajibkan)- English (Diwajibkan)Tenggat Lamaran: 10/07/2023
