Requirement

Min. Bachelor's degree from related major
Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin
2-3 years of experience as executive secretary/personal assistant or similar administrative role
Proficient computer skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Integrity and confidentiality
Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure Tanggung Jawab

Works with team to support all aspects of their daily routine
Capable of resolving most issues and requests independently
Administrative duties include scheduling appointments, preparing correspondences, arranging meetings and receptions
Draft, review and send communications on behalf of Executives
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
Maintain various records and documents for Executives
Book and/or purchase products and services
Safely and discreetly keep sensitive documents and files
