**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors, including organizing and documenting board meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
- Stay abreast of corporate governance regulations and ensure the company's compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and organize corporate records, contracts, and legal documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Facilitate communication with shareholders and coordinate the annual general meeting, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure legal compliance and assist in the preparation and review of legal documents.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in identifying and managing corporate risks and ensuring appropriate risk mitigation strategies are in place.
- Act as a liaison between the Board, management, and shareholders, fostering transparent and effective communication.
- Provide training to directors and employees on corporate governance matters and compliance requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. Legal qualification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years in a corporate secretary or similar role, preferably in the telecommunications or digital services industry.
- In-depth understanding of corporate governance regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail in document preparation and record-keeping.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to ethical business practices and maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with relevant corporate governance software and tools.

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Gaji: Rp8.000.000 - Rp15.000.000 per bulan
