We are looking for Secretary based in Surabaya.

Your 'Day to Day'

We are currently looking for someone who can work together with our People & Culture Leadership Team (P&C LT). The role of the position is to free P&C LT's time from organizing and administrative tasks and to ensure an efficient and most effective time management of their schedule. The responsibilities include:

- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls, managing diaries, and organizing meetings and appointments.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation, organizing events and conferences.
- Reminding the executive of important tasks and deadlines, managing databases, and filing systems.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
- Collating and filing expenses.

Who We're looking for
- Holds Bachelor's degree (any background)
- 5 - 6 years working experience in any field with good career progression
- Computer literacy is a must (Microsoft Office)
- Proven experience in managing administrative tasks in very efficient and effective ways.
- Proactive with self-disciplined and great positive attitude.
- Able to work independently with demonstrated ability to be flexible, responsive and takes the initiative.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and comfortable working around senior management.
- Have a good communication with excellence both in verbal and written English.
