**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree major in Finance / Accounting or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in KAP/Property or related field
- Have a good understanding and knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Tax and PSAK
- Familiar with Finance consolidation, analyst and reporting
- Willing to do official trips out of town
