**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end to end cycle of Access Management such as on-boarding until off-boarding, also monitor for access.
- Manage Access of Cloud Resources and Application Resources
- Automate the user access management as much as possible.
- Regularly update for User Access Matrix to keep being relevant with latest condition
- Provides recommendations regarding access management features, such as authentication, authorization, trust and security auditing
- Monitor and Automate IAM access provision, change and revocation in Cloud and Application Resources
- Regularly report to management about access metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Minimal 1 year of experience in Identity Access Management Cycle Area
- Familiarity with IAM concepts such as Least Privilege, Privileged Access, Roles and Data Mining, Segregation of Duty (SOD), and Role Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Have a critical thinking with control and audit mindset
