Security Manager

Job Purpose

Heading security department to protect, safe and secure all assets of company. Security professionals can gain experience in a variety of fields, including law enforcement, the military, private security, loss prevention and private investigation.

Core Responsibilities
- Monitoring security equipment such as alarms and surveillance cameras to ensure they are functioning properly
- Coordinating with local law enforcement agencies to respond to emergencies such as natural disasters or criminal activity
- Providing security training to employees to prevent workplace injuries and reduce liability exposure for the employer
- Conducting investigations into employee misconduct or workplace accidents to identify causes and determine solutions for improvement
- Informing senior management about security concerns and potential risks that may impact business operations
- Maintaining an up-to-date database of employee information such as emergency contact information, background checks, and security clearances
- Enforcing rules and regulations regarding safety procedures, acceptable use of company equipment, and other company policies
- Implementing security measures to protect company facilities and assets from theft or damage, including lighting systems and fences
- Coordinating security efforts with other departments within the organization to ensure that all areas are covered effectively.

Experience : 10-15 Year

Skills/Knowlage/Competencies: Security management System, Basic intel Investigation, Self Defence

Education :S1

Certification/Sofware : Gada Utama Certification, Ms Office

Language: English, Indonesian

Contract : 1 year
