Security & Parking Coordinator - Bsd

Details of the offer

**Job Descriptions**:

- Plan and estimate the cost of building security activities according to SOP.
- Perform administrative checks (labor, parking revenue, traffic, reports, invoices, etc.)
- Collect data on all security & parking equipment (log sheet/checklist) in accordance with the agreed work contract.
- Evaluate and provide proposals for the development of building security & parking systems as a reference for improving operational activities.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture major.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in warehouse management/
- Computer literate (Ms. Office).
- Ability to create budgeting and housekeeping work plan.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
