The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.- Manage end-to-end business growth related projects from approach alignment, analysis, proposed solutions, implementation, and reporting to top management.- Conduct and consolidate overall budget/ target projection, including short-term and long-term, according to management direction.- Generate market trends (competitive intelligence, benchmarking), by summarizing key findings, insights, and tailored it to relevant stakeholders.**Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major with at least 3 years of work experience- Having working experience in the e-commerce and/or management consulting industry would be a plus- Good structured & strategic thinking & problem solving skills - able to breakdown problem statements into sub-tasks and actionable items and good presentation skills.- Good verbal and written communication - including good powerpoint and excel skills- Familiarity with querying language and handling data crunching will be an advantage- Comfortable managing multiple projects with different stakeholders- Good team player with a positive attitude and self-driven
