The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Analyze current competitive landscape and generate insights/develop strategy for Seller Program
- Monitor program performance and work closely with internal stakeholders to improve adoption
- Conduct studies and execute projects aimed at improving performance of Seller Program
- Draw up project plans and communicate effectively across multiple involved internal and external stakeholders to align on scope, timelines and expectations
- To do analyses independently and generate business insights based on quantitative and qualitative data.
- Establish processes and identify appropriate indicators to monitor performance and progress.
- Devise appropriate SOPs to bridge process gaps across different departments that work closely with the team
- Handle end to end project management for ad hoc projects for business growth

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
- Minimum 3 years of work experience
- Having knowledge and experience in Project Management and Data Analysis
- Work experience in e-commerce/tech industry/ management consulting/strategy role is preferred
- Structured, able to plan end-to-end execution of initiatives, and see through implementation of the initiative.
- Strong affinity to data, solid analytical abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Strong business acumen, able to generate insights and work with tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills at all times.
- Passionate team player with leadership potential and good communication skills
