Seller Training Specialist

Renos is an end-to-end online marketplace that specialized in home and living products. We aim to bridge direct connections between manufacturers, service providers, and homeowners with AI technology and industry-led operation quality. This enables buyers to conveniently choose products, compare prices, access special deals, and try out samples before putting the right items in shopping carts at our one-stop service platform.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Develop Training Programs**: identify, design, & develop training program for sellers

2. Deliver Training Session

**3. Support Seller Onboarding**: Collaborate with the Seller Support team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new sellers, & conduct orientation sessions to familiarize sellers with the platform's interface, tools, and resources
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within a marketplace environment.

Strong knowledge of the marketplace platform, including its features, policies, and seller tools.

Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in an e-commerce or technology-related field.

Proficiency in using training authoring tools, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia software is a plus.
