**Job Title: Account Manager Senior Associate**

**Job Type: Permanent**

**Reports To: Strategic Account Manager**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Illustrate Cove's core values and strive to achieve our standard of operations
- Act as the liaison between Cove and property owners that partner with us
- Spot the pattern using data analysis and qualitative observations.
- Create operational assessments and recommendations for partners
- Conduct routine property inspections and submit inspection reports to ensure compliance
- Conduct regular training for our partners' team to ensure good implementation of our SOPs
- Ensure the usage of the app by partners, including the ticketing system
- Conduct routine checks on tickets of properties to ensure the tickets are being resolved according to Cove's standard
- Assist with our partners' operational issues when necessary

**Experience and Qualifications Required**:

- Bachelor Degree in any major
- Preferably has experience working in the real estate, hospitality industry, and/or early-stage startup
- Tech-savvy (able to write product documentation and understand users' pain points)
- Fresh graduates who are highly organized and have excellent communication skills are welcome to apply

**Core Skills/Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Data analysis and understanding are a must (minimum pivot table and basic excel formulas)
- Assertive and well organized
- Result oriented
- Always learning and having a continuous improvement mindset


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
