If you are looking for a place with challenging goals and mind-blowing opportunities - welcome!**Placement: Jakarta****Working Arrangement: Hybrid****Main goals**:- Training, coordination of work, and management of a group of account managers (communication takes place in English and Bahasa Indonesia);- Building business processes, training, and team development (independent management of clients in exceptional cases);- Preparation of reports, presentations, and commercial offers for clients;- Calculation of media plans;- Assistance in marketing research;- Work with analytics platforms and MMPs.- A minimum of 3 years' experience in leading Customer Success teams or in a relevant role within an advertising agency, particularly focused on Customer Success;- Proven track record of managing teams for at least two years;- Passion for cultivating robust communication channels and empowering team members;- Collaborative, open-minded, and supportive approach to teamwork;- Demonstrated eagerness to swiftly acquire new skills and knowledge;- Proficiency in understanding social media analytics and staying abreast of current trends;- Strong ambition to advance within the digital sphere and contribute meaningfully to its growth.**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month**Experience**:- Account Management: 3 years (required)- Digital Marketing: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)
