Handling and maintaining the record of company's transaction
- Manage cash flow, inclusive of payables and receivables
- Prepare monthly financial reports (Journal, general ledger, trial balance, balance sheet & profit/loss statement).
- Prepare and perform review on Balance Sheet, P&L schedules and bank reconciliations.
- Responsible and maintain fixed asset and inventory register.
- Liaise with external parties, eg. auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities when required.
- Prepare tax provisions schedules, returns, payments, reports and maintain a company's tax database
- Responsible for maintaining full sets of accounts
- Ensure timely and accurate financial closing and compliance with local statutory requirements / accounting standards
- Keep up-to-date with tax changes and industry trends.
- Any other duties as maybe assigned from time to time by the superior.
**Job Requirement**:
- Professional certificate or Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance or any Equivalent Qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in full sets of finance & accounting experience.
- Have statutory and audit compliances knowledge is priority
- Proficient in MS Office suite especially MS Excel, MS Word.
- Good communication and Interpersonal skills
- Well organized, meticulous, analytical and able to work independently
- Communication skill in both written and spoken English.
- Demonstrate persistence and perseverance to achieve desirable business outcomes.
- Focus and able to achieve results without constant supervision.
- Able to accommodate pressures from internal and external.
- Have strong desire of learning new products and new business areas
**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp13,000,000 per month
**Experience**:
- Finance & Accounting: 3 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
