Company DescriptionLaku6 is the leading AI-first end-to-end electronics recommerce platform in Indonesia where our technology has helped over 500,000 users sell their gadgets directly for cash or via Trade-In with leading eCommerce Partners.**Job Description**:- Responsible for all monthly postings and month-end tasks to ensure the completeness and accuracy of general ledger, complies with IFRS.- Preparing monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations.- Work with the Finance team to resolve outstanding issues on monthly balance sheet reconciliations.- Develop and manage an end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping system for financial reports to tax reports- Manage taxation related matters- Coordinate and complete annual audits- Managing the daily operations of the growing accounting department (payable, receivable, cash monitoring, monthly closing)- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.- Fluent in Accounting Software like Oracle Netsuite.- Professional fluency in English- Understand Tax Regulation in Indonesia (Employee Tax, Company Income Tax, Withholding Tax).- A master's degree and/or CPA/CA are desirable.- Minimum 4 years' work experience- Experience from a renowned industry in a similar role or Big 4 consulting firm is preferred.- Excellent analytical and project management skills to ensure timelines are met both for internal and external reporting purposes.- Ability to work independently, but also fully communicate with the direct managerr, the subordinate and other internal/external stakeholders.- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
