While also creating an impact by supporting small sellers and micro-entrepreneurs across the nation.**Responsibilities**:- Prepare and analyze advanced financial reports and statements in accordance with the applicable accounting policies, tax regulations, and industry-specific requirements- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate ledgers.- Handle the process of month-end and year-end close activities for more than one entity.- Liaise external audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance.- Implement and maintain internal controls to uphold financial integrity.- Work closely with the finance (AR & AP) and Tax team to provide accurate financial information for decision-making- Collaborate with Ops. Team to address bookkeeping-related inquiries**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- 3 years of proven experience in accounting and/or audit, with at least 2 years experience in accounting firms.- Accounting and tax certification preferred but not mandatory.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication**Competencies**:- Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced and exciting working environment- Proficiency in accounting software, financial systems, and Microsoft Excel for data analysis- Profound understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records**Skills**:- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines for financial reporting.- Strong financial analysis skills.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.VTv4pPhez1
