Senior Accounting Staff

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with accounting principles and standards.
- Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or relevant certification is often preferred.
- Typically requires 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
