We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Accounting Tax Specialist to join our dynamic team.
- This role involves preparing accurate tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing expert tax advice to our diverse clientele.
- Prepare and review tax returns for various entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the law.
- Offer expert advice on tax-related issues and provide solutions that align with client objectives.
- Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and inform clients of the potential impact on their businesses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline tax preparation processes and improve client services.
- Assist in tax audits by gathering necessary documentation and crafting strategic responses to inquiries from tax authorities.
- Conduct tax risk management activities and implement strategies to mitigate exposure.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to maintain expert knowledge in the field.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting or a related field.
- Profound knowledge of tax laws and regulations, both locally and internationally.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tax matters.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex tax concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects with varying deadlines. High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to client confidentiality.
