Work with business units and developers to map out conceptual designs for planned databases
- Install and testing new versions of the DBMS, specifically Mysql, Postgres, and Oracle database
- Write database documentation, including data standards, procedures and definitions for the data dictionary (metadata)
- Control access permissions and privileges to adhere to audit controls
- Develop, manage and test back-up and recovery plans
- Develop, manage and tune SQL Server Replication
- Ensure that storage, archiving, back-up and recovery procedures are functioning correctly
- Engineer database-related solutions for various project and operational needs
- Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures; contribute to and maintain system standards; create and maintain documentation as it relates to configurations
- Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology or related field preferred
- At least 4 years in Information Technology
- At least 4 years IT operation, with strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles and practices
- Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
**Technical qualification requirements**:
- Experience in Mysql, Oracle and Postgres
- Proficiency in SQL, database replication and high availability database
- Understanding of, and experience with, server-client computing and relational database environments
- Experience with data management and data processing flowcharting techniques
- Experience with cloud (AWS) is a plus
- Knowledge of reporting and query tools and practices
- Technical documentation skills
**Salary**: From Rp7,000,000 per month
