Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, including online and offline advertising campaigns as well as organizing promotional events like open houses and school tours, to attract new students and introduce the school to the wider community.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders and school community; potential student parents as well as educational institutions or other relevant organizations.
- Managing marketing content, including the school's website, social media, brochures, and other promotional materials. Ensure this content accurately represents the school and is appealing to the target audience.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing strategies used and compiling reports detailing the results.
- Controlling all the enrolment process; make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Conducting regular market research to understand trends in education, preferences of potential students and parents, as well as marketing strategies used by competitors.
- Building partnerships with local community organizations or companies that can support the school's marketing efforts.
- If required, leading or managing a marketing team responsible for implementing marketing strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- S1 (preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Communication).
- Work experience of a minimum 3 year in marketing and social media handling required.
- Genuine interest in education industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying the school's message to prospective students and parents, as well as for building relationships with media and community stakeholders.
- Creativity in developing innovative marketing campaigns and promotional materials that effectively showcase the school's unique offerings and attract the attention of prospective students and parents.
- Strong analytical skills are needed to evaluate marketing strategies, analyze market trends, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through data analysis and reporting.
- Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams within the school and, if applicable, to lead a marketing team effectively towards achieving common goals.
