**What will you do**:
- Implement and adhere to customer-standard operating procedures to ensure order process efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor and track order progress to guarantee timely deliveries and meet customer expectations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with drivers to ensure a motivated and engaged workforce.
- Address driver concerns, challenges, and feedback to boost driver satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle and manage operational claims that arise during shipments.
- Coordinate and optimize the recovery process for any losses or damages, minimizing financial impact.
**What are the requirements**:
- Previous experience in the trucking or logistics industry, preferably in a supervisory or coordination role.
- Having great skills in English is advantages
- Having good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Having good analytical thinking & problem solving
- Data driven and data mindset
- Having good MS.Excel skills
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta
