Senior Back End Developer

Sribu connects clients who need online marketing services with a community of trusted freelancers. We have over 30.000 clients and a community of over 28,000 freelancers. We have won the 2011 SparxUp award and the 2013 Inaicta award for the best online marketplace platform.

Despite being a market leader, we operate with a small team of less than 50 people, staying lean. Being on a smaller team like Sribu, you really get to have an impact on the group's success and gain exposure to a lot of things you wouldn't normally be allowed to touch in a larger, more bureaucratic company. Design, build, and implement new features as required by the company.

Responsible for maintaining or developing the service department.

Capable of putting the code you've made to the test.

Ensure that the code created can be used in the long term and meets the standards of good code etiquette.

Collaborate with other team members.
Having experience in React is a plus.

Excellent knowledge of the Postgres database, AWS, AWS SQS, AWS S3, Redis, and UNIX-based operating systems.

Excellent knowledge of NodeJS, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Elastic Search

Have experience in Mocha-based testing.

Have knowledge of how to use GIT version control.

Good communication skills.

Committed and focused on work results and targets.

Feel comfortable and capable of adapting to a constantly changing environment.

Having experience in the start-up world is a plus.
