**Position Summary**

As a Senior Brand Manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end management of the beverages category to drive consumer-led growth, guided by marketing plans and execution aligned with consumer preferences to boost sales within the category.
**A Day In The Life as a Sr. Brand Manager**
- Lead the regular development and analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity within the category.
- Build an Integrated Commercial Plan, leveraging insights from market analysis.
- Develop and execute the marketing calendar for the Beverage business across different formats and channels, ensuring seamless activation execution.
- Handle the budget for promotional and marketing expenses for the Beverage business.
- Coordinate planning, briefings, and analysis review meetings with Media and Communication agencies to optimize marketing strategies.
- Lead and monitor business activities on a weekly and monthly basis to track performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for brand extensions and drive growth initiatives for existing variants.
- Lead digital initiatives including website management, first-party data collection, and activation with a personalized experience plan.
**What Makes You Successful**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand-building marketing (prior experience in the FMCG industry or a multinational company will be preferred).
- Experienced in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams with an open approach to connecting with consumers and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and in presentations.
- Demonstrate leadership and support the development of your team, including communication partners and third-party collaborators.
- Experienced in advanced project management skills.
- Creative and solution-oriented.
- Able to build strong and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders.
- Certification in eBusiness Academy will be preferred.
