As a Senior Brand Manager at PT Senfienta Prima Tama, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success and market presence of our brands. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:
- Brand Ownership: Take full ownership of the brands under your purview, ensuring their continued growth, market positioning, and profitability.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and target market.
- Brand Awareness: Create and foster brand awareness by implementing effective marketing campaigns and initiatives to strengthen brand presence and customer recognition.
- Sales Volume: Drive and manage sales volume for the brands you manage, optimizing revenue and profitability.
- Distribution Strategy: Formulate and implement a robust brand distribution strategy to expand the reach of our products, ensuring they are available to consumers across various channels.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in brand management or a related role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, as it will enable you to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.
- A valid driver's license and access to a car for travel as needed.
