- Key responsibilities:_
- Understand the business requirements from Product Management and Client. Proven track record in gathering, definition and specification of requirements and excellent documentation skills producing user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with the client and software development team to analyze information needs and functional requirements to deliver the Business Scoping Document
- Come-up with High level estimation, detailed design documents and do impact analysis of changes on the product
- Detailed design walk-through with Product Management and Client and getting Product Management / Client sign-off
- Convert client approved requirements into different components and provide inputs to developers on Coding and Unit testing
- Collaborate with the stakeholders to document the current state.
- Provide periodic project updates to internal/external stakeholders while being time sensitive to delivery
- Experience of participating in the full lifecycle of Agile software development environment
- Eligibility:_
- 3-5 Years of hands-on industry experience
- Knowledge in Capital Markets, Customer Communication and Regulatory Reporting is desirable
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office tools
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good analytical skills in assessing user, functional and technical requirements
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Should be a team player, committed and willing to work in different time zones
- Knowledge on agile software development methodology and tools like JIRA
