Senior Business Analyst

**Job descriptions**:
Analyze users' needs in accordance with the Business Requirement Document (BRD) scope and translate them into the Functional Specification Document.

Develop business flow processes and create mockups or UI designs to address user requirements.

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure compliance with requirement standards.

Provide an overview to developers and QA teams based on the Functional Specification Document (FSD).

Generate backlogs and define testing criteria for tasks to be delivered to the QA team.

Produce User Stories, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), FSD, and User Manual documents.

Validate scenario tests conducted by the QA team to ensure alignment with the FSD.

Address issues identified during scenario tests and provide output accordingly.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's in IT degree or equivalent

Have min. 4 years of experience as Business Analyst in IT industry

Possess knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including both waterfall and agile methodologies.

Demonstrate understanding of business requirements.

Mandatory familiarity with the process of creating Functional Documents, such as User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Functional Specification Documents, and User Manuals.

Fluent in English.
